My name is Dr. Benisha Carr, and I am honored to serve as the proud principal of Beaumont Middle College High School (BMCHS). It is a privilege to work alongside the dedicated students and families of the Beaumont community, and I am excited to continue supporting our students as they grow academically, develop personally, and prepare for the future.
BMCHS offers a unique and dynamic learning environment where students have the opportunity to earn college credit while completing their high school education. Our campus is grounded in high expectations, meaningful support, and a commitment to student empowerment. At BMCHS, students are not only seen and valued—they are challenged to lead, achieve, and thrive in both high school and college settings.
We also emphasize the importance of character and citizenship. As members of the BMCHS learning community, we expect all students to exemplify the Phoenix Way by being safe, responsible, and respectful in all that they do—both for high school and Mt. San Jacinto College courses.
Strong partnerships between families, staff, and the greater community are essential to student success. I believe open communication and collaboration help build trust and ensure that each student receives the support they need to flourish. I invite you to stay connected and engaged through our Coffee with the Principal, School Site Council meetings, and school events that celebrate student voice, achievement, and leadership.
Whether your student is just beginning their BMCHS journey or returning for another year, please know that you are an important part of our school community. I am truly looking forward to a year of continued growth, opportunity, and success—and I can’t wait to see all that our students will accomplish.
With gratitude,
